Experienced Framer

Responsible for constructing the wooden framework of residential buildings in accordance to plans and building codes, ensuring safe and clean job site conditions, and adhering to Twenty40’s quality standards. This position will require at least 2 years of experience in the framing field and must be able to not only work on a team, but also to work individually with efficiency.

To succeed in this role, candidates should have extensive experience in residential framing, with a solid understanding of building codes and construction methods. Strong skills in reading blueprints, precision in measuring and cutting, and proficiency with framing tools and equipment are essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and the capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship on every project.
