Framing Position within the Construction Department

Responsible for constructing the wooden framework of residential buildings in accordance to plans and building codes, ensuring safe and clean job site conditions, and adhering to Twenty40’s quality standards. This framing position requires 1 year of experience in the framing field or 2 years of experience in the general construction or trades fields. The candidate must be able to not only work on a team, but also to work individually with efficiency.

To succeed in this role, candidates should have some experience in residential framing, with an understanding of building codes and construction methods. Strong skills in reading blueprints, precision in measuring and cutting, and proficiency with framing tools and equipment are ideal. Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and the capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship on every project.

Education and Experience:

  • GED or Higher
  • 1+ Years Framing Experience
  • Or 2+ Years General Construction/Trade Fields
