Project Assistant

The position of Construction Floater/Project assistant is a versatile Construction Employee who plays a dynamic role across various departments within the construction company, providing support in framing, carpentry, landscaping, warehouse operations, loading, deliveries, property management, and construction project assistance. This position requires a flexible and proactive individual capable of adapting to different tasks and responsibilities as needed. The employee will contribute to various phases of construction projects, from initial site preparation to final property management and maintenance.

Key responsibilities include performing a range of construction tasks such as assisting with framing and carpentry work, supporting landscaping efforts, and managing inventory and supplies in the warehouse. The employee will also be responsible for loading and unloading materials, coordinating deliveries, and assisting with on-site project tasks under the guidance of project managers. Additionally, the role involves supporting project management activities and providing assistance on job sites to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
