To oversee and coordinate all aspects of residential and commercial construction projects from start to completion. This role involves understanding project plans and specifications, setting budgets, setting project schedules, and managing subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on budget and on schedule to the building plans and specs, and in accordance to Twenty40’s quality standards. The Project Manager will work closely with clients (as applicable), architects/designers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that all project requirements are met, including compliance with building codes and regulations.
Key responsibilities include monitoring project progress, conducting regular site inspections, and addressing any issues that arise to minimize disruptions and delays. The Project Manager will also handle procurement of materials and manage contractor performance to ensure high-quality workmanship. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously and maintaining positive relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
To succeed in this role, candidates should have extensive experience in both residential and commercial construction management, with a proven track record of successfully completed projects. A solid understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and project scheduling is crucial. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving abilities, technological skills, leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements while maintaining a focus on delivering results.
Education and Experience:
- College Degree or Higher Preferred (Minimum of GED with Computer Skills and Construction Software Training)
- 1+ Years of Technical or Construction Experience
- 1+ Years of Project Management Experience
