Do You Have A Construction Project We Can Help With?

East Bend & 2nd – Riverfront District in Cedar Rapids

East Bend & 2nd is a transformative riverfront district taking shape along the Cedar River, where Cedar Rapids’ industrial heritage meets a new vision for vibrant, connected urban living. Designed as a destination for residents, businesses, and visitors alike, the district will introduce a thoughtfully curated mix of residential, commercial, hospitality, dining, entertainment, and public gathering spaces.

Inspired by the area’s history of craftsmanship, industry, and community, East Bend & 2nd is being developed as a place where everyday life feels a little more intentional. Walkable streets, welcoming public spaces, riverfront experiences, and design-forward architecture will create an authentic district that celebrates the past while building for the future.

More than a development, East Bend & 2nd is a new neighborhood designed to foster connection, support local business, and create memorable experiences along Cedar Rapids’ evolving riverfront.
